This page explains what Premier Property does with information you send through the forms on this site.
Who we are
Premier Property Relocation Ltd (company number 14731872) is the controller for messages sent through the forms on this website. The postal address is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

What the forms collect
When you send a message we receive:
- your name
- your email address
- your phone number, if you add one
- your message
- the stay name, if you write from a stay page
We use those details to reply, and to deal with a stay or an owner enquiry. That is for steps towards a booking or a listing, and to run the houses we look after. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell these details. A hidden field on the form is there to catch automated messages. Leave it empty.
Email delivery
Messages are sent through Resend, an email service, which is how they reach us. We keep a message only for as long as we need it to deal with that enquiry, then we delete it.
Booking panel
If a stay page includes a booking panel, that panel is provided by Hospitable. Hospitable is a separate controller for anything you type there, including card and guest details. Read Hospitable's privacy notice before you enter those details. A request you start in the panel is not handled by the form on this site.
Cookies
This site does not set analytics cookies. The cookies page explains the booking panel.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the enquiry details we hold, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by emailing lawrence.nicol@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
