How do I choose a stay?
Open Book your stay and read the page for each house. The page shows the photos, the area, and how many people it sleeps.
Where are the dates and the price?
On that house’s page, in the booking panel. If the panel is not there yet, booking is not open for that stay. You can still send a question from the form on the page.
How do I pay?
You pay in the booking panel. This website does not take the payment. The amount and the terms are the ones shown in the panel before you confirm.
What if I need to cancel?
Follow the cancellation terms shown in the booking panel, and read the refund page. If the panel is not on the page, no booking has been taken there. Write to us from the contact form if you are unsure.
Can I arrive late, bring a pet, or ask about parking?
Only if that house’s page says it is allowed. If it does not, use the form on the stay page and ask before you request the dates.
I have a house to let
Use Work with us. Tell us the area, how many it sleeps, whether it is furnished, and when it could take guests. We reply by email. The house is listed only once that is agreed.
