How a house is prepared
Every home is cleaned by professionals after each guest leaves. Fresh linen, towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and kitchen basics are provided at no extra cost, and longer stays get a free clean every two weeks. Guests check themselves in with a lockbox and can arrive when it suits them.

Clarity
A guest should know what they are booking before they commit. Each stay has its own page with the photos, the area and how many it sleeps. The dates, the price for those nights and the booking terms are in the same panel, and the amount is shown before you confirm.
Reliability
People rely on us for somewhere to stay, often when plans are tight or they are moving. We keep calendars up to date, answer messages by email or phone, and deal with problems directly instead of passing them around. If something needs fixing during a stay, we pick it up.
Partnership
We work with owners as partners. A house is listed only once the details are agreed, and we handle the enquiries, the booking requests and the guest questions. Owners stay informed without being on call. Guests get the same treatment: straight answers and a reply to every message.
